This is part of a series I did where I "inverted" anti-religion Soviet propaganda. The original here is a pretty well known image, or maybe I just made a special note of it because of my interest in the connection between the idea of space travel and atheism. The angle I would take here jumped out to me immediately, as one of my interests is formal debates between atheists and theists, and atheists often use a talking point like this, that we can't see God the way we see the physical things around us, so He must not be there. I thought the phrasing here was ironic considering that one of the attributes of God is that he sees all things so, this image kind of made itself.
