The full liturgical year illustrated as a wheel.

This is the framed version of the calendar. If you'd like to spend less on shipping and get a frame that matches your home decor or personal style, you'd like the unframed version. The choice is yours.

• This took about two years to make.
• I made all the typefaces (fonts) used, and did all of the designs myself. Most of the architectural style details are sourced from real cathedrals across Europe.

It displays:

• All saint feast days
• Holidays, holy days, and liturgical periods (Lent, Advent, etc.)
• Periods of time (such as octaves)
• Relevant explanatory information (liturgical colors used throughout the year, figures or places involved in the history of the calendar, etc.)
• Images and latin phrases related to holy days
• And more.

This is done according to the dates used in the traditional Catholic calendar (i.e. the traditional Latin mass, so it's as pre-1960s as possible).

The print quality is as high as I could get anywhere. It's as good as the "fine art prints" I occasionally do. The color quality is 10/10 - it almost looks like paint sitting on top of the paper, the details are all crisp, I'm extremely pleased with how it looks and have only gotten a ton of positive feedback on that. I've sold a ton of these over the years with zero negative feedback on the image quality.

FRAMES: Here's the deal with the frames: They're good. I wouldn't be selling them if they were bad. But, they are utilitarian. Basically, framing art can be expensive and can be a "whole thing" - so I wanted to give you either option. If you want this to show up at your house, framed, easy, or so you can give it as a gift to someone with no hassle - bam, we got the frames Didn't want to leave you hanging there - but they're not "fine art" frames.. Said succinctly: I'd recommend getting the unframed and framing them yourself - shipping will also be a lot less on the unframed ones obviously, but I'm giving you the option.
